My complaint:
The manager has 0 lead ship skills with a super dry personality she’s rude to our customers and employees she retaliates when we ask for days off or call in sick and takes all hours or gives us one day a week for 4 hours, she has us running on one another’s registers, big company no no, and when deposits are over she wants us to take out what’s over to accommodate when deposits are short another super big no no! She claims she is short staffed but literally has 9 ppl under her and the problem is she refuses to give us hours but yet she’s short staffed.. she has 4 ppl she has down for 4 hours a week at the most 8 hours a week, she is required by dollar general policy as a manager to work two nights a week she has never worked a night since being at store 6161 she try’s to get upset with one another behind each other’s back she talks about all her employees like we are dogs says we are lazy but who would want to do anything in that store the way she is towards us I can’t deal and there’s so much more I could report like she told me she makes the schedules better when she has a shit glass in her hand but yet her husband is supposedly a pastor or he just got a certificate to be one like really.. some days I go into work I never know if I should speak to her or not bc she is so hateful and rude to everyone my boos before her got fired for missing time on time sheet of employee .. well so do I since she’s been manager she should have been fired a long time ago and no that my district manager knows about everything she’s trying to get me to transfer to another store instead of firing my manager or atleast transferring her I was there first im not going anywhere they will have to fire me but either way I will not stop til she is held accountable I will report on every website I can and every person or buisness that I can I’m sick of her disrespect and hateful munipulation bull crap she does I will take it to the news and social media I’ll do whatever it takes til she is held accountable for her actions!
Suggested solution:
I think that considering everything I have to report about she should be fired just like my old boss they fired him with in days of someone reporting their timesheet was off by 6 mins I have more than one complaint I have serveral and I’ve reported it online I’ve called erc and I posted it in Dg me messaged board and that’s when my district manager calls and wants to talk about it when knowing she has done things that is an instant fire and yet she messages me and asked me if I wanted a transfer nope sure don’t bc if I transfer or if I lm just quit nothing gets done about her it will be swept under the rug and I refuse to let this be forgotten !
