My complaint:

I have a package sitting at your DHL office in Denver Colorado. The agent at this office I have been dealing with is Simeon Peter, his phone number is 413-893-4537. i believe this is his cell phone number because your company will not give out the direct phone number to this office or to any of your offices anywhere to assist me. They have had the package about one week.
My complaint centers around the fact that the parcel has been fully paid for and since your company only has my one parcel to deliver to me in Las Vegas, Nevada, they will not deliver it unless they have other parcels going to Las Vegas, Nevada with my parcel. This agent suggested I pay for his airfare from Denver to Nevada. If I paid, he would personally deliver my parcel.
I was told repeatedly that they would deliver my parcel once they were fully paid, which they have been. That proved to be a false statement. I have now been waiting many days and I cannot even get this agent to provide any solid update on a delivery date. I even offered to have them repackage the parcel and put it inside a USPS Priority Mail package and put my name on the package and send it to me. I even offered to pay for the cost of this service which is $8,95 for 3 day service with a tracking number. I’m waiting for their response which I requested today.
I really don’t know what else to do at this point in time. I always thought DHL provided a professional and dependable service. I do not have a tracking number since your DHL said they did not have one to give me, which I thought was very strange since I thought all parcels in your system must have a tracking number. I do have the sender’s name which is Zenith Bank in Ghana, Africa and my name as the receiver is below:

Very simply, either have your DHL deliver my parcel or have it sent with USPS to be delivered to me in three days times. Either method is acceptable,
