My complaint:

I received a smart watch, and i didn’t like the figures, the watch was also glitching, the bar code wasn’t working. Overall I didn’t like the watch in general, so i messaged the seller and politely told him I was happy with the item and I’ll like to return the item for my full refund, the seller told me he’ll refund me 0.01. So I open up a dispute with dhgate, the seller keep saying, he won’t give me my full refund but a refund of 0.01, so I kept disagreeing with the offer, that when I went ahead and asked for dhgate mediator, they asked for a video and pictures and I send it to them, but i also told them I’m not happy or satisfied with my purchase and I would like to kindly return it back to seller and once they receive their item I want my refund. And I got an email saying they didn’t find anything wrong with the item so they’re going to go ahead and close the dispute. I am very angry right now, because I feel like I’m being forced to kee an item I don’t want or like, and I payed shipping for the item. And I don’t have the choice to return it back? It’s in the same shape that it was it when it got ship, so I don’t see what the problem is? So I need help

Suggested solution:

I want to return the item back to the sender, and i don’t care who pays for shipping, me, the seller, dhgate. Either or I don’t care. I just want my money back.
