DHgate.com complaint: Refusing refund

My complaint:

Ordered May 2021.
Seller sent a fake tracking number but then told me they hadn’t processed my order.
I refused and asked to be refunded.
Seller refused and processed order.
Said I would receive by 9 July or would refund immediately.
Did not receive. Seller refused and mediation said I must wait for it to arrive and then refuse the package.
Package was left at my house (unable to refuse) on 26 July.
Returned to post office that same day. Get email saying seller refuses to refund despite it being sent back.
Ruined my wedding. I have been communicating the whole way and she has all my money.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money immediately!
Policy states that if order is not processed it can be cancelled and refunded. Seller refused and bullied her way. Once sent I had no other option but wait.
Terrible communication with disputes team and lots of threats to close dispute despite still having no goods and no money.
