My complaint:
I ordered a sz 18 dress from DHgate on 120 21, I received it on 21221, I opened it up the try it on just incase I needed to take it to have minor alterations done. For starters the dress IS NOT a sz 18, and the pattern detail of this dress DOES NOT look at all like the seller described on DHgate website. I followed DHgate instructions for filing a dispute, be reach out to the seller first, which I did on 3421, then a posted a review on how terrible the dress looked.
The seller reach out, wanting to know when I ordered it, then sent me anotherr message asking me to change the bad review I had given, I have messaged back 3 or 4 times after that, but the seller turned off their email notifications, and refuse to respond. I then filed a dispute with DHgate a got a system generated response on 321 letting me know they have contacted the seller, and have heard from them since. I already filed fraud charges with the Internet Crimes Complaint Center through the government as well.
Suggested solution:
I need the seller to send me the return address, so I can return this horribly made dress, and get my money back!!!
