My complaint:
Was asked to pay return shipping on a counterfeit item I had to return was told I would be fully refunded for. Never was refunded in money or credit I can use on dhgate which I don’t want. I can’t even access the credit as I need a PC to access it. Besides me to never agreeing to it so they have stolen my shipping funds.
Suggested solution:
Give me my shipping refund in cash.
