My complaint:
I ordered a men’s tracksuit on September 2nd 2023. I tracked it and it showed on September 21st 2023 that is in transit. I continue to track the order and it still showed that it is it transit. I’ll stay in touch with dhgate I even tried to get a refund. Dhgate said they would look into my order they said they would not give me a refund. I continue to stay in touch with then. They said they will send another tracksuit. It is now November and I did not get anything and I am very upset
Suggested solution:
Me that I never received it I should be able to be compensated. I will be able to send you proof in reference to the order being in the same location
