My complaint:

I applied for the home protection plan in June with a check to cover two years of service. When I did not receive ation I contacted the company by phone and e-mail. No one could explain what happened to my check. Also verified with Detroit Water Sewerage department that this was not a scam. Received a second application from the company. I put stop payment on the first check($35) and submitted a second application with a check, July 17th. Called company again because I have not received ation. Talked to no less than four people including a supervisor. No one can explain the status of my application and check. It is now September. Where is my application and check? Why would I give someone my credit card info over the phone if the company can’t process a check?
