Dennys Dinner complaint: Overly charged me by making me pay twice

My complaint:

Restaurant 2144 is running scams.This happened on 3rd shift/ nights.I walk in sit down.I placed my order, then ate up to the front I went to pay for my in dine bill.The black transgender by the name of Grace W. started the debit transaction but had to run finish serving her tables; while my debit card is still stuck in the machine.My card declined due to technical issues is what was said by Grace before she left to take table ardees.This black lady by the name of Bri walk up and start messing the the register; I asked her did my card go through she said NO!This is my pay card from my job.This reloadable debit card has no chip.A vendor must slide the card on the side of the cash register.We attempted 3 times this supposed to be assistant manager by tge name of Bri kept saying my card did not go through. I knew she lied due to me getting paid everyday. I pull out my credit card tapped the screen the transaction went through.It just didn’t set right on my sprit.I called the 24 hour card holerservice to see if my pay card transaction went through. It did.I turned around went back to the store with customer service on the line.The customer service was on speaker phone making it clear thar Restaurant 2144 went through.Lets go back.This male black waiter is in on the scam as well.Bri would leave while I was standing at the cash register this black gut walks up try to act like he is helping me as well.Could you all please review cameras on10/11/2023 at 10:58 pm ? Please?Miss Donna was off that night.I know Miss Donna very well.The following night I call up to Denny’s requesting to speak with Miss Donna.The lady who answered the phone said, THIS BRI CAN I HELP YOU? I SAID,I WOULD LIKE TO SOEAK WITH MISS DONNA. AND BRI ASKED MY NAME I SAID , WHY? SHE KEPT ME ON HOLD A LONG TIME THEN HUNG UP IN MY FACE.I GOT UP OUT OF MY BED WENT INTO TGE STORE REQUEST FOR MISS DONNA.I greeted Miss Donna with a down home hug and I asked that we talk.We sit down and this is what we found.The assistant Manager name Bri lied.She made it look like that I was a run out meaning that my receipt was altered a $35.57 void.Miss Donna looked at the receipt said it was illegally altered.She asked if she could take a photo of the receipt. And she said that she would contact corporate if my money isn’t replaced in 5 days.My money was not reverted on my pay card.I periodically check my balance it’s still not there.I was charged $35.56 twice.I want my money back on my pay card.There were two cards used in raising illegal transaction.Iam requesting a full investigation meaning all cameras reviewed the night all this happened.I should not be treated like this.I leave good tips to Denny’s waiters waitresses.I lfte Grace W. a $20.00 tip.That was more than my purchase.I want my money returned to my pay card..

Suggested solution:

Revert my $35.57 by placing it on the card where the purchase took place
