My complaint:
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the Denny’s location at [address] on July 24th at 2:30 AM.
From the moment I entered, it was clear that basic cleanliness and sanitation standards were not being met. The floors were noticeably dirty, with food crumbs and sticky spots that appeared uncleaned from previous customers. Tables had not been wiped down properly either. Napkin dispensers were empty and silverware was filthy.
On top of the unhygienic conditions, the food itself was unacceptable. I ordered [food item], which arrived sloppily prepared and tasting terrible. It was completely inedible. Other meals arriving at nearby tables also looked unappetizing.
Making matters worse was the service. The staff seemed apathetic, ignoring calls for assistance. We had to ask 3 times just to get drink refills and our server never once checked on us.
As a frequent Denny’s customer, I am deeply concerned by this experience. It was unsanitary, uncomfortable and frankly dangerous to dine in such poorly maintained conditions. I strongly urge this location to review its cleaning procedures, food quality standards, and customer service training. At minimum, the management team should inspect the premises thoroughly.
