My complaint:
As soon as the Gas oven reaches the set temperature it cuts out and then cools down.. it cannot be restarted again. Have logged numerous calls with Defy and they just close the calls without resolving the matter
Calls logged 186 7175 Technician came out and replaced a component – problem not fixed
188 2146 07/11/2023 call canceled without resolving the issue
188 4933 14/11/2023 call canceled without resolving the issue
