My complaint:

I purchased online a kids helmet (Spiderman) in April and it got broken after using it a few times.
I asked Decathlon what is the form I have to fill in to get reimbursed and where to send the broken helmet.
They said that they are just a reseller and they will ask their partner how to proceed. The partner (TradeInn) said I needed to contact the manufacturer since they are responsible for this. That was is all information I got from Decathlon, plus an invoice from TeadeInn to refer to when contacting the manufacturer. They did not indicate who is the manufacturer, what the contact details are etc. The invoice said it is Marvel, so I googled the Marvel customer service details and contacted them. Apparently they are not the manufacturer. I contacted Decathlon again, asking them why I have to make all these contacts figuring out the whole process while Ibhave never made any business with either TradeInn or Marcel or any manufacturer but Decathlon. They said I had to go through this process and they would cobtact their partner again asking who the manufacturer is. The answer came in a week after me chafing them 2 times and the said the manufacturer is Disney, but they did not provide with any contact details, form etc again. I googled it for a good 15 min but did not find the customer service details and I git very upset and disappointed.
Please let me know how to proceed.

Suggested solution:

They should reimburse the full amount of the helmet, I can send it back, but they need to cover the return cost.
