My complaint:
I initially contacted DAZN to cancel my subscription, believing it to be a month-to-month service. Despite my efforts, including directly communicating my desire to cancel to your agent, I was informed that I was enrolled in a Monthly Saver installment plan, committing me to a 12-month contract. This was contrary to my understanding upon subscribing. My request for immediate cancellation was repeatedly denied, with references made to terms and conditions that I was not aware applied to my subscription.
Suggested solution:
Full refund and also to add a phone phone line number for customers to call instead of chat bots
