My complaint:
I have just started using DAZN to watch NFL Game Pass and am having real issues with streaming/buffering that I never ever had with Game Pass before and do not have with any other downloads (e.g. HD movies), catch-up or live streaming of other sports events. I have tried everything suggested on their very poor Help section and got nothing additional from their Chatbot. In my frustration, I started telling their Chatbot exactly what I thought of DAZN and was then directed to the queue to speak to a human because the Chatbot couldn’t understand me. Imagine my surprise to learn that I was twentieth in a queue in the middle of a quiet weekday afternoon. I now see that there are more than 170,000 complaints about them.
I have resorted to watching highlights of last week’s NFL games through Youtube and have not had any streaming/buffering issues with the exact same highlight packages that are available through DAZN.
This is clearly a problem on DZN’s side of things and if the service does not improve, I will be most certainly be cancelling my subscription and strongly suspect I will not be alone.
Suggested solution:
Make streaming easier without buffering or refund money. I would also rate this service less than 1 star.
