My complaint:
I have been continuously charged for monthly payments even when I’ve emailed them every month asking to cancel my account. Email is the only way to contact them, they don’t even reply but they keep taking payments. I’d like a full refund for the past few months this is absolutely ridiculous service from them.
Suggested solution:
A full refund and compensation as I keep being charged interest by PayPal Everytime dazn has taken payment.
