My complaint:

I’ve been locked into a 12 month contract without knowing, this is an issue that many other people have too and they will not budge on allowing me to cancel my contract. It was not clear that I was signing up to a 12 month deal, they used shady tactics to mislead consumers and I don’t recall ever seeing any terms and conditions. It’s misleading and I have no doubt that they know what they are doing as their service is so bad that no one would ever want 12 months of it.

Suggested solution:

Just allow me to cancel my contract, I've already paid for months that I didnt use the service
