My complaint:
DAZN makes it impossible to cancel your subscription. We had NFL Game Pass overseas. We are back in the USA. When we try to log in to cancel, it says we have to be in the country we set up the account. We have tried the “bot chat”, asking for an agent, and calling NFL. We have sent messages multiple times over the last week using any social media account we can find. There are no live representatives to speak with. They just continue sending me an email that NFL Game Pass is changing to DAZN.
