My complaint:

I have been charged twice for one dazn subscription (18/1/24)
I spoke to 2 different advisors online who have not been able to solve the problem.
I signed up for this £19.99 plan with the email davide16881@gmail.com.
(previous and only other email I used was davros16881@hotmail.com)
I was told there are multiple accounts linked to my name (which is worrying) and that no account is linked to the email I signed up with.
Today 19/1 I contacted customer services again on 2 different occasions.
Once I was told I paid through apple and the other time that I paid through google play…and that they couldn’t help me.
Attached are the 2 bank charges that clearly show a card transaction with dazn uk, and email verification on my Gmail account.
Initially I just wanted the 2nd charge refunded, but now I’m done with the whole thing.
This company is a shambles and has not tried in the slightest to solve my problem.
I request both charges refunded and the membership cancelled (along with any others under my name)

Apologise and refund both charges, nobody at any point has tried to help me.
They have shifted blame but in the meantime took my money...twice.
