My complaint:
Low picture quality. Unable to watch delayed streams at all. Zero support. Lack of care or empathy. Terrible company. Feels like a scam.
Suggested solution:
Provide ACTUAL support. Fix their product instead of only offering cut and paste solutions that dont work. Take responsibility for their product and service.
