My complaint:
worst service I had a emergency and a prescription’s not only to help to eat and function for pain and to manage possibly through the day and they were notified of my condition and prescriptions 3 hours later I went to pick up and they said no records of me had been sent but i called my primary CLINCAS in I Oxnard ca said they sent my meds and informed CVS to be ready yet your pharmacy still had no records when i took another 3 hours to call they finally said sorry we don’t have your meds nor does any CVS sorry we can’t help you???? so now I’m stuck with no meds and your CVS 247-hour pharmacy can’t fill ibuprofen not my meds top manage to eat . I UNDERSTAND A SHORTAGE OR MEDICATION BUTCALL BACK OR HEADS UP FROM A RELAIBLE COMPANMY REALLY Anger’s me i would no longer like your business nor recommend to anyone in any condition to ever use you for the simple reason of dishonesty and no call backs nor updates just a sorry we don’t care or need to help you thank you cvs . …,i can upload any script you need date and time plus doctors and approvals.
