My complaint:

I have been put thru a week of very poor service. I am elderly and disabled and take 15 meds a day. last week, Oct 3, received a text from CVS that my Rx was ready for pick up. I got texts everyday telling me to come get it. They finally said that it would be put back if I didn’t come get it..I had been sick and could not go out. I called them and assured them I would pick it up on Friday, Oct 7. They said they would mark the bag not to put it back. On Friday the 7th I went to get it, thru the drive thru, as I am disabled. The entire drive thru area was blocked off due to construction. The only option customers had was to go inside the store, which I was unable to do. I called them from the parking lot and told them I was unable to come in and would come back in a couple of days, TO PLEASE NOT PUT MY MEDS BACK! They assured me they would write it on the bag.
Two days later I went to pick it up, but they had put it back. This meant that I had to sit there and wait for them to fill it again, which I did. I thought it was over.
Two days later at 9:00 am I got a call that woke me up. I was highly irritated! It was CVS saying I had a Rx that was returned to stock and please let them know when I wanted to fill it. I was really agitated. What are they doing??
I phoned them and after waiting on hold for 14 minutes to speak with the pharmacist I ended up speaking with STEVEN, the assistant. He was very nonchalant about the whole thing and said that’s what you call a glitch. No, that’s what you call poor service. HE then, very rudely tried to tell me that NO ONE in that store did anything, it was all done by robots. I proceeded to tell them a robot didn’t put my Rx back in stock, only a live person physically did that. He then got even ruder and hung up on me. Yes, I was irritated and angry! I had every right to be. They put me thru a lot of stress, unnecessary. That is NOT how you treat customers!

Suggested solution:

give better customer service!!!!!
