CVS Pharmacy complaint: Rude Pharmary Tech

My complaint:

I have called three times today and was on hold for at least 10 mintues someitmes longer. Finally get someone named Casey to answer the phone. She was incredibly rude and condescending to me. She basically called me a liar that I had not waited as long as I had!
I would change pharmacies but CVS is my Medicare preferred provider so I cannot afford to pay more than I am already paying. I need to drive about 30 miles to the only CVS that is close to home.
I can not use mail order because we have cluster mailboxes. If the post person does leave the medication, they are out in the open for anyone to take or the weather to ruin.

Suggested solution:

They could at least train their employees to be patient and kind.
I will let the pharmacy know about my experience. They cannot continue to use the excuse that they are understaffed. My daugher's office is extremely understaffed and we are not allowed to be rude to clients.
