My complaint:
CVS did not want to refill script due to cost. I called to check on script and that’s what they told me on 12323. I told them to fill it. Due to doctor visits and bad weather I was not able to pick up meds till Friday 12723. They said the put med back up since I did not get there asap and was out of Eliquis. Tonya said she would order it and have by Monday. I told her he needed it now and to transfer to CVS at Lake Houston Parkway and it would be ready in 30 minutes. I called that location and Tonya never put on hold for transfer. That pharmacy called several times that Friday and they did not answer their phones. I called the Lake Houston location Saturday and transfer still not done. I tried called and finally after about 5 minutes of phone ringing they answered. I explained issue and finally was able to get med transferred. This location has been a nightmare for the last year or two. Tonya was very rude to customers in front of me as well as to the people who work there.

Finally transferred script after waiting 2 days.
