CVS Pharmacy complaint: Frustrated every time I use cvs app or phone

My complaint:

CVS would like you to use their app to renew prescriptions and get other information. This app and their automated phone system are completely unfriendly to users. Every time, yes, every time I have to interact with either of these systems I come away frustrated and very angry. I am reasonably tech savvy and how difficult can it be to give answers to an automated phone system? I resent having to go through this and if I didn’t have to use this pharmacy I would not! These problems have been going on since my ins. coverage was changed to CVS about 3 years ago. I’m completely fed up with them. I have spoken with my insurance company and will write them a letter documenting CVS’s lousy communication systems. I understand that if enough people complain to their insurance company they might change andor offer other pharmacy choices.

Suggested solution:

Revamp their automated systems.
