CVS Health complaint: My prescriptions

My complaint:

I’m told my prescription will be ready at a certain time, it’s never ready. They push the time back over and over, sometimes days. I call and have to deal with the automated service, as soon as I ask to connect with pharmacy, all of the sudden the automated system ‘doesn’t recognize’ any numbers I’m hitting on my phone or ‘doesn’t hear’ me. I have to call back, ask for pharmacy, sit on hold and NO ONE HAS EVER PICKED UP. TWICE I have driven up to the store while on hold and it was not busy at all. So it wasn’t like they weren’t able to pick up. I’ve also been in the store and heard the pharmacist answer the phone so what’s up?? Is my number marked to not be answered for some reason? Because it is EVERY TIME. Now I’m sitting here waiting for a refill at 7 pm, I was told it would be ready today at 11 am and then 5 pm…still not ready and they won’t give me a status, they will definitely push it back until tomorrow, I’m sure. I’m getting tired of the promises and being avoided. At LEAST don’t quote times unless 100% sure, I actually had to move some stuff around in my schedule before.

Suggested solution:

FIX IT. Don’t quote times. Pick up your telephone calls, not everyone is comfortable with an app
