CubeSmart complaint: Poor customer service by manager at my facility

My complaint:

This is the third complaint for the manager at the CubeSmart storage facility at 25 remsen in Brooklyn. I received a phone call from her on Friday around 2:00 p.m. telling me that I needed to come in and sign a document for her however she said that I had to wait until Tuesday because she was leaving on Friday at 5:00 so I don’t understand why I would not have been able to come in between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on friday? Unless if she just did not want to be bothered on Friday. So today I get to CubeSmart at 9:00 a.m. which is the time they are supposed to open and there was no one there and the facility is locked. At 9:22 she arrived and I question why is she late and her response was one with tremendous attitude and arrogance with an air of dismissiveness. She said I’m late because there was a parade yesterday. So is that supposed to mean that she party too much at the parade and overslept and that’s supposed to be acceptable? What does that even mean by her saying that there was a parade yesterday and that’s why she’s late? This is the third complaints I have made about this woman and I don’t understand why she is still employed by CubeSmart. This is New York City, there are thousands of people that have good qualified customer service skills that would love to be in her position, can you please get back to me and let me know if that’s what we are to expect in the future from her? That she can not even apologize for coming in late but then act like it’s perfectly fine and that we are all out of our mind for complaining because we’re waiting outside to get in? I know I have spoken to the head of customer service before and he’s a really nice guy and hopefully he will get this message.
