My complaint:
I wanted to buy some crypto, But for some reason the app put it on to my Crypto.com card.
The card itself will not let me withdraw my funds or buy crypto or even add my card to their own payment service! So my money is stuck!
Suggested solution:
let me have my money or buy crypto
