My complaint:
I have written via their ap and email and after 5 days have still not received any action
Their cut and paste response as with previous messages regarding issues has been ignored, obfuscated, not dealt with and left unresolved for me to have to solve or continue to tolerate
The latest concern again being ignored and involves non payment for 5 weeks of compound interest on my investment
12 hours for a reply took 3 days
This is now in its 5th day and still nothing
Suggested solution:
By actually resolving the issue
Placing the missing funds in my investment
No cut and paste response or being told they can do nothing or I have to solve the issue by going to an uncontactable 3rd party
