My complaint:
I have been unable to send my defi wallet balance out to the crypto.com app or take it out.
There is an error saying I don’t have balance when I can see the amount of money.
I tried reaching out for help for 8 months with no reply.
Suggested solution:
I would like my money back as gbp to my bank account asap.
