My complaint:

So i am trying to get Crypto.com to find my money and I am getting no help from support or their technical people to locate my funds. I want them put into my £8000 into my account at crypto.com so that I can invest them they have my account details and name. It is not my fault that Revolut did not put my unique reference no on my transfer I just want crypto.com to locate my money quickly as I’m very stressed. Below are the circumstances and complaint against Revolut.
I sent £8000 from Revolut to Crypto.com. I did this all correctly with the unique reference for my account. It was delayed and when Revolut eventually sent it they didn’t put the reference on it.
As a result the money has gone missing and Crypto.com are not able to locate it. All customers at Crypto.com have the same account no it is the ref which allows them to allocate.
This is through no fault of my own as Revolut removed the reference no.
I have reported this as a fraud because I’ve never lost money like this with a conventional bank and am suspicious that this is fraud as there was no reason not to put unique ref on transfer.
I have contacted the FCA who have asked me to try and resolve this issue before they get involved.
I am also sending it to you to register this as a complaint and ask for a full investigation.
I would like my money back I’m very stressed and can’t sleep as this is a lot of money to me.
Could you please help me .
