My complaint:
On the evening of 04/12/24 I sent my Crypto.Com account: It never arrived. On 04/15/24 I realized something was wrong and searched for support. That’s where I lost another $350 (long story). They don’t offer phone support and the support chat is impossible to discern from a scam and the company doesn’t give a shit.
Suggested solution:
File a class action law suit and file a criminal complaint, that’s all I can do.
