My complaint:
I have been unable to access my Crypto.com account now for a month. I’ve followed all verification requirements and they promise to send me a SMS verification text but never do. I’ve contacted their telegram and twitter account and their so called support constantly lie saying that they will contact me and when I get an email it’s the same thing. Email instruct me to reply to email then verification code will be sent but they never do. I am now afraid of that this company is intentionally giving me the run around. I have lost so much because I can’t access my card nor participate in trading especially with paying things I need to and Crypto.com keep ignoring me. I am levid at this point because so much damage they have caused. I hate this company now. I need help.

Just text me the verification code so I can access my account
