My complaint:
We are having a great deal of difficulty pulling the press seal roll. It takes two to extract the sheets enabling an item to be wrapped. This is a value roll so it will be quite a while before a new roll is needed. I do like this product so I will buy it in the future, hoping it will be a better roll.
Suggested solution:
Send a coupon for a new roll.
