My complaint:
Walked up to check out today, and only TWO registers are open with actual humans manning the registers. What is going on!!!!? The self check line was heading to the back of the store, so that was not an option!!!
This greatly impacts my wanting to be part of costco, and am considering canceling my upcoming renewal….this is a horrible way to do business, and people in line were talking about it, so I know I am not the only one.
Bad business, as far as i am concerned. Costco not making enough money? Every thing in the store has gone up up up!! Just signed up at Sam’s…..
Suggested solution:
Get more people to utilize the 20 checkout cash registers that are standing idle while the store is teeming with customers who want to check out!
