My complaint:
On the 21/09/2023 I purchased a iphone xr and stepped back out of the way of other customers to open the box and the seal was already broken, there was no iphone. I never left the front of that store. Within 2 minutes I told them that the iphone was not in the box. The store manager told us to contact support which was closed. The next morning I rang support and it has now the 26 and I still have not been refunded. I have been told twice by support that I can go to the store and get refunded and been declined twice by the store manger. I am frustrated with this experience.
Suggested solution:
At the time I just wanted a replacement but now I am requesting a refund.
