My complaint:

Employer has consistently shone Rudner and bullying behaviour 3 different times she has served us. Today we were absolutely stunned and taken aback. First I left a carton of Fanta in trolly but told her. She stuck her nose up sarcastically said she should have been the first thing I told her. Asked could I put gift card in my bag after it was through check. Nose up, I will do it last she says, I was sure if flybys and discounts card were done and again nastily spat you’ve done it don’t do it again. With that I told this woman our $300 shopping trip for groceries was becoming stressful being served by her. And her instant reply was I made it stressful for myself being served by her.

Then when my 88 yr mother paid by cash $300 she was over counter bullying her grabbing monies and rudeness. My grandson just stared at this lady and her rudeness. I am appalled at this shops lowered standards of customer service. She also voiced to us if the Nintendo card I just purchased doesn’t work it is my fault not hers. One again there was no need for her tirade. I have heard a lot of customer service complaints now and saddened by all complaints. They should love their job or just not be there. Saddened that you need no customer service skills or packing experience to work a checkout

Suggested solution:

I don’t rate my experience with Coles at all. It’s a Zero and I my mother and grandson weren’t there I would have left my scattered groceries there and gone to a different shop to spend $300. It cost’s nothing to show a little compassion in a job you like. She shouldn’t be there as clearly she is lacking.
