My complaint:
Well I still haven’t got the money from my last complaint and I sold more crypto and same thing happened they tell you there was technical difficulties and that your important and there working on it so now I have 2 withdraws they won’t send me and won’t give me any eta or any idea what happened just that something did . I can’t wait 8 months like the first time I withdrew over a year ago and in the end they never told me what was the problem then either .
My complaint today is after speaking to them multiple times asking why this is happening asking why it only started once they added conformation email to the withdraws that never works. the link is broken before they send it allowing them to skurt there own rules . Since I pressed them for a reason and explanation and told them I’d be selling my crypto and removing it but can only do 3000 aday so every cpl.days I sell some and now I can’t even get into my account .
It just keeps saying my ip is not recognized sends me a pin to enter and once I enter it , it then says ip is 3d please try again . So I try and it says my ip is new again and it just keeps going in circles saying my ip is not recognized so I and again it says it isn’t then I and
Suggested solution:
I just wany my withdraws sent to my direct debut in the 2 days they promise or in a reasonable time frame so maybe cpl extra days atm . I need both my with draws sent and I need to be allowed into my account to sell the rest .
