My complaint:
My fund was locked by Coinbestex.site . I requested a withdrawal of about half (5-digit) of it a couple months ago and I had contacted their customer service a lot of times (more than 20 times) with no response. I called their LINE customer service, the call was answered but once the staff looked into my account, became silent.
I was lured into this site by a possible scam and I have a whole report available upon request.
Suggested solution:
Just send all my money back to my bank account. They have my bank info.
