Coinbestex.site complaint?

Do you have a dispute or a bad customer experience with Coinbestex.site? Report it through our website to maximize the chance of getting it resolved.

We help you write an effective complaint in minutes. Our AI models are trained on thousands of effective complaint letters. Then we push it through emails, social media, paper complaint letters and other tools at our disposal. And you are not alone: our helpful community is there for advice.

There is no phone number for Coinbestex.site in our data. The only route we have is coinbest8service@gmail.com, and it is worth noticing that this is a general webmail address rather than one on the company domain, which is unusual for a platform holding other people's money. Write to it if you need to, keep a copy of every message, and include your account ID, the amounts, the wallet addresses and the transaction hashes.

Do not call a support number that turns up in a search for this site, and do not accept help from someone who approaches you on social media or in a chat app. People who have lost crypto get targeted a second time by recovery offers, and nobody legitimate will ever ask for your seed phrase, your password or remote access to your device.

Blocked withdrawals are the biggest theme in the complaints we received about Coinbestex.site: requests that stay pending, balances that are visible but cannot be moved, and accounts that stop working altogether. Save the evidence now rather than later: screenshots of the balance, of each withdrawal attempt and of every message, plus the deposit addresses and transaction hashes. Those hashes can be looked up on a public block explorer, which shows where the money actually went.

If you deposited by card or bank transfer, ask your bank about disputing the payment and hand them that same evidence. Bring the timeline to your complaint here and other people who lost money the same way can back your case up with their own hashes and screenshots.

Ask in writing for the specific reason, the term or rule it relies on, and what exactly would unfreeze the account, then keep the answer whatever it says. If the response is that you must send more money in first, whether it is described as a release amount, a tax, a fine or insurance, stop immediately: paying it does not release anything, and every extra transfer is money that follows the first.

Report it to the police or to the financial authority in your own country, because a frozen account with money attached is treated as a fraud report rather than as a customer service matter. A complaint filed through our complaint process runs next to that: we bring your case to the attention of Coinbestex.site through emails, social media, paper complaint letters and other tools at our disposal.

We cannot tell you who is behind Coinbestex.site, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can tell you is what consumers reported to us: withdrawals that never went through, accounts blocked without a reason being given, and balances frozen with no explanation. That is the pattern people describe when a platform stops paying out.

Before you send anything else, check the basics: is there a named company with a registered address behind the site, is it registered with the financial regulator in your own country, and does it exist anywhere beyond its own marketing. If those answers are missing, treat any further deposit as money you are unlikely to see again.

We received 3 complaints about Coinbestex.site so far, too few to draw conclusions from. Our research shows which problems are typical at small, unregulated crypto trading websites: deposits that go through easily while withdrawals do not, extra fees or taxes demanded before any payout, accounts blocked once money is requested, balances and profits that cannot be cashed out, and no company details behind the site.
