My complaint:

On 8 June 2022 flood prevention work was carried out on the delivery doors.
The employees of the company washed and emptied the cement mixer that was used into the storm drain on Burns Lane which is private property and then swilled the area around the drain which has left a chalk like deposit (cement) over large area. This now is traipsed into our house. The storm drain is now part blocked with sand cement residue.
PLEASE ensure that this mess is cleared and cleaned without delay.

Also, the metal covering that was removed from the door threshold to enable the new flood prevention to be fitted, has been left in the Co-op loading bay. A public footpath runs along the loading bay and the metal covering has sharp edges and protruding screws which in my mind constitutes a Health and Safety hazard to pedestrians, including small children.

Suggested solution:

Completely clean the private property.
Remove the metal covering.
