Circle K complaint: Unprofessional argumentative employee

My complaint:

On 6/10/2023 at or about 6:30 am I went in to purchase alcohol beverage (beer) was unaware and left my ID in the car. Your employee, Roman ask if I had ID, I replied yes and said it was in my vehicle I sat the beer on the counter and Roman made a statement saying wow! really, you didn’t have to slam it (beer) down like that. I really wasn’t even paying attention to how I put it down and was confused about what he saying he continue to make a big deal out it and I said to him as a customer service employee you like to argue with the customer then proceeded to retrieve my ID and I refused to let him ring me up and went to the other cashier. Roman is very argumentative, petty and disrespectful as an employee who is supposed to be representing Circle K.

In my opinion, Roman needs to be retrained in customer service/communication skills immediately. Sadly, there are other customer who feel the same way and rather go somewhere else.

Your going to lose a lot of customers because of Roman attitude and behavior.

Hopefully this matter will be resolved in the very near future. In the meantime, I will not be revisiting Circle K at 444 S. Maple, Akron, OH period

Employee Roman needs to be retrained in customer service/communications skills before he is allowed to interact with customers again
