My complaint:

I stopped at the Circle K located at 707 N Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601 to get $20 in gas, I went in and paid the cashier (Ann), I told her pump 9, she was busy talking with the other 2 employees behind the counter who were both counting the cash in their draws, it sounded like she was complaining about work… I went out and started the pump, my dog was whining so I took him to the grass to pee… when he was done, I went back over to my truck, the pump had stopped at $19.02 and it had shut off so I could not finish adding the $20, I printed a ticket at pump 9 and went inside to get my change, took 2 pennies with me… same cashier (Ann), I handed her the receipt and told her the pump stop and shut off before the $20 had been added, I handed her the 2 pennies, she looked at me kinda weird, then said what pump (wouldn’t that be on the receipt?) I told her pump 9, she looked at me and said don’t get angry with me, it’s not my fault the pump shut off… I said look, just give me my dollar, she continued to rant about it not being her fault and hollered over at the other 2 clerks (1 male 1 female), and said you see the way this guy is acting, by this time she had upset me (even though I was not upset or angry prior to this moment of her trying to make it seem as if I were treating her badly… I told her just give me m f-ing dollar!!!, as she handed it to me I asked her name and the name of her supervisor, she said her name was Ann and the supervisors name was Naomi, I took my money and walked out, got in my truck and left… this sales clerk definitely needs to have some customer service training, because she intentionally gave me a hard time and made a huge scene because she was having a bad day… the cashier was not only rude but preoccupied with talking to the other clerks behind the counter, instead of paying attention to her job… I’m pretty sure the correct response that this clerk should have given me was something along the lines of I’m sorry that the pump turned off, would you like me to restart it, or would you just like a refund, instead of taking her frustrations out on me… it’s called customer service for a reason people, it’s not called treat the customer like crap and piss them off, so they never want to come back and spend their money at your business!!!

Suggested solution:

I would like as apology, and this business should send this clerk for customer service training or fire her
