My complaint:
Circle K employee assaulted by throwing my two fountain drinks full force straight to my face as I was going to purchase them and employees for no reason I have no knowledge of why he was so rude and cussing and raising his voice at me, I was not even in that store is no longer than five minutes. This employee was out of his mind very disrespectful pressing charges with police, waiting for police report and also finally complain to Circle K corporate long will complain against employee and filing for assaulted criminal lawsuit against employee and Circle K. If I have to I have never thought something like this would happen. I don’t know where everything happened so fast and also that the evidence will be on the security camera inside Circle K Stores of everything that happened I’m not gonna let this go ever. This employee should not be working there specially when it comes to working with customers, this person is a danger to the public and needs to be removed and accounted for his actions. My whole face, my glasses, my shirt, my pants my everything was literally just soaked with the Sotos. Everything on the cashier counter was just soaked with sweat everywhere. I literally wanted to put my hands on this guy, but I didn’t. I did raise my voice, and I did grab some little thin thing on the Counter after he hit me with those two throws ready to my face and try to throw it back at him and I was walking out the store cussing at him as he followed suit this guy or I don’t know I just know that I’m suing this Circle K and him and I am pushing charges
Suggested solution:
Satisfied, when I first get the police to take down my statement no also me pressing charges against that employee for assaulting me along with everything on the security video camera footage as evidence showing everything that happened and that employee needs to be held accountable and also the Circle K corporate accountable as well once I get this off, taken to court once my attorney contact me sometime tomorrow I will be fined for some kind of lawsuit against Circle K and the employee who assaulted me to make sure this never happens to get to someone else or never have someone else in front of little children or is very careful to the people that they decide or hire to work their stores alone dealing with customers alone on the wrong making sure they get the proper training on everything from dealing with customers to dealing with whatever the hell he was dealing with her going through I have no clue that no idea anyhow either way I will see that Circle K and that individual employee in court.
