My complaint:
They are refusing to pay me a Xmas wheel spin award of 25SC because they say i didnt get a email invite which is a lie and i have sent them multiple copies of their email proving they did and they just keep responding with the same pretyped response. I wouldn’t normally care but I deposit thousands of dollars and I win something once as a free award and they refuse to pay me it’s garbage
Suggested solution:
They should pay me what I rightfully won and then 25SC more for insulting me and denying 100 percent proof they invited me by email . I have screenshots of the win itself as well
