My complaint:
I have been writing for chumba casino for three years and they decided to block me out of the blue stating that I violated section 3.3 which I didn’t. I was supposed to be giving a warning before getting deactivated but I wasn’t even giving that but instead my account was being deactivated. I try explaining to them that I didn’t do anything wrong and that could they explain exactly what I did. But instead I was giving a clear explanation.
Suggested solution:
The should resolve my complaint by reinstating my account back.
