My complaint:
This company is a complete scam. All of the games they offer are completely rigged and glitch whenever something is about to hit. They pick and choose when they allow their players to hit a bonus or a jackpot. I have emailed numerous times to customer support and told I will receive a reply and I never hear anything. I did some research and seen there had been a massive law suit against the company. I’m starting to understand why that is. This online gambling site is a complete rip off. The sad part is, the amount of money this company makes in a day you would think they would treat their customers fairly and at least give some sort of an explication. Instead they continue to take your money and leave you with extremely slim chances of getting any kind of return. This company should be 100% illegal.
Suggested solution:
Either make the game fair to all players or refund me the thousands of dollars I have put into the game with almost a 0% chance of getting anything in return.
