My complaint:
So I got scammed on Facebook and I posted it over Facebook and someone messaged me and ask me if I had heard of chumba casino.
So I signed up for an account, bought some gold coins and I hit for $1000, I stopped playing to eat and when I log back in all of a sudden my account is blocked. How convenient. So I emailed them on 3/6 and I haven’t received a response. I have a balance of $950 on my account.
Suggested solution:
I think they should unblock my account so I can cash out and cont to play. I really enjoyed playing with them. I didn’t break any rules or do anything for them to block my account
