My complaint:
On March 13, 2004 I went out of town to buy a car when I got there the car had problems and I was there for two days waiting for car repairs. I paid $200 as a deposit to drive the car the 175 miles home and bring it back later. The car not owner over to charge my car phone and during that time a unauthorized charge for $3880 car lot owner. With documentation and police reports Chime has denied my claim three times without supporting documentation being considered as proof of wrong doing.

Refund my money
