My complaint:

On the 6th day of February approximately 910pm I tried to pay my rent I enter the phone number and hit send my landlord never received the payment but somehow someone i don’t even know has my money and i can’t get him to send it back chimes dispute team admitted that this was not my fault but yet I still don’t have my money back

Suggested solution:

Return my money
