My complaint:
Chime sent me email that my account would be. closed due to violation of their deposit agreement and internal policy. I dread their deposit agreement and it does not state that they could close an account for 4 disputes. They told me that’s why my account was closed. They now refuse to re open my account and keep sending me the same standard robot responses that dues to their systems limitations they cannot reopen my account or open a new account for me. This is a violation of consumer rights. These banks should be closed down and their license revoked!

Re open my account or open a new one
